Please note: For delivery outside of the UK there may be additional customs and import charges.

We want you to be delighted with your ONLINE purchase but if you are not you can return any item within 30 days of receipt provided that the products are returned in perfect condition, unused, with all tags attached and with its original packaging.

Unfortunately for hygiene reasons earrings or customised items are not returnable.

The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags still attached. Where provided, any packaging such as dust bags and boxes must be included in your return as these are part of the product. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. Pretty Eccentric does not refund customs duties or postage.
Your return will be processed within 10 days.
